Ennovent, as partner to the Artha Venture Challenge, supported Sevamob, which aims to transform the delivery of primary healthcare and insurance to low-income consumers.
Ennovent worked with Sevamob to increase its investment readiness by supporting partner acquisition, optimising its management team and fine tuning the business model for scale. Sevamob was also assisted to evaluate its service-customer fit, improve its collections and payment process, and build its processes and protocols for quality standardisation.
Sevamob raised an investment as part of the fundraising initiative, reached out to partners to expand its operations and also requested Ennovent’s mentor to join its board of advisors.
