The Healthy Cities for Adolescents (HCA) Program is a global initiative funded by the Swiss philanthropic organisation Fondation Botnar. Phase 1 of the program was managed by the International Society for Urban Health (ISUH), based in New York.  Phase 1 of this global program, which concluded in May 2022, comprised seven projects addressing the health and well-being of young people living in secondary cities. The projects were based in Senegal, Ghana, India, Vietnam, and Colombia.
